This course is designed to raise your awareness of the UN’s zero tolerance approach when it comes to misconduct. After completing the course, you will learn about;

  • the administrative consequences of committing misconduct while on assignment.

This course on information security awareness provides all UN personnel with the fundamental tools and knowledge to stay cyber safe. It discusses the main concepts, issues and best practices related to information security across seven areas.

KNOW YOUR OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS CULTURAL AWARENESS AND WORKING IN MULTI-CULTURAL ENVIRONMENTS

As a UN Volunteer, you will need to adapt to new social and organizational cultures as well as to working in cross-cultural teams. This course will help you be aware of different cultures and how to communicate with colleagues from all over the globe.

VOLUNTEERISM AND GENDER VOLUNTEERISM AND GENDER

This module on volunteerism and gender will help you understand the importance of gender as a crosscutting issue in volunteerism and in the context of the development agenda 2030, in particular SDG5 on gender equality.
