If you don't remember the username/password you have chosen, click on "Forgotten your username or password?" on the top-right of the page under the "Log-in" tab. Once you have done so, you can retrieve your credentials by inserting either your username or the e-mail address you have used when you registered on the e-Campus.

It is possible to customize your user profile (i.e. upload a photo, add additional details...). To do so, please log in into the platform and access your profile from the right menu, "My profile settings" block, click on "Edit profile".

Once you complete the editing, click "Update profile" at the bottom of the page.

What does the acronym SCORM, that I sometimes encounter on the platform, mean?

The acronym SCORM means "Sharable Content Object Reference Model" and it is a format widely used to embed interactive e-courses into the platform, like the courses you are taking. If you get an advice saying: "It appears that popup windows are blocked, stopping this SCORM package from playing. Please check your browser settings before trying again.” means that your e-course is blocked and cannot open in a new window, because your browser settings are preventing popup windows to be opened. In order to open the e-course correctly, please change your browser settings allowing popup windows to open.

Can I change my username?

No, it is not possible to change your username, as the username is by default your e-mail address (i.e. the one you used when you registered on the e-Campus).

How should I behave in a forum?

Forums are useful places to receive information, discuss topics with peers/tutors and ask questions related to your course. It is important to show respect during the communication. Contributions are in the public domain and 'committed to posterity'. e-Campus forum posts will not be made available outside the institution however. So you should not flinch from being honest, controversial and passionate, but keep your comments on topic and avoid making personal remarks.
