You will be able to identify the obligations outlined in the Charter of the United Nations; describe the responsibilities established by the UN Staff Regulations and Rules; recognize the impact of other administrative issuances on your role and responsibilities.

After this mandatory course, you will be able to  understand the policy on harassment, sexual harassment, and abuse of authority; use some tips to enable a harmonious working environment free from intimidation, hostility, offence and any form of harassment and retaliation;  understand what constitutes harassment and abuse of authority and their consequences in the workplace; and identify the procedures for responding to workplace harassment and abuse of authority.

You will be aware of the main concepts, issues and best practices related to information security across seven areas.

You will be able to define the UNEG evaluation principles, norms, and standards, while gaining understanding of evaluation guidelines, planning approaches, roles, responsibilities, and quality assessment processes within UNDP.
