- Who is the Ombudsman and how does the Office of the Ombudsman go about assisting staff and management?
- What is the work and role of this office?
- How does it fit into the UN-integrated conflict management system?
- What services it can offer to help you with any work-related concerns?
- Basic communication takeaways to prevent conflict in the workplace.
