UNV Buddy Programme
The UNV Buddy Programme is a peer-led initiative that helps UN Volunteers support each other throughout their assignments. Designed by volunteers for volunteers, it connects newcomers with experienced peers who can offer guidance, share local knowledge, and ease the transition into a new role and environment.
For new UN Volunteers, it’s a chance to feel more prepared and confident from the start. For experienced UN Volunteers, it’s an opportunity to give back, strengthen mentoring skills, and earn recognition.
